Do my customers have to take a timeshare presentation to redeem their certificate?
No, your customers will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation. These are real, top quality Resorts with no hidden fees or strings attached. We own and operate several high volume travel companies and we are simply filling otherwise empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in-house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc. In addition, we will offer them additional incentives and upgrades that your client can choose to accept or decline. These additional incentives will save your customer from $500 to $1500 that will include a discovery tour of the property to introduce them to the benefits of resort membership or ownership. Your Client, however, will NEVER be required to upgrade.
How are you able to offer these incentives?
We have travelled over 1 million families to date and have contracts with the world’s leading hotel chains, and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms. We help fill empty rooms which the hotels, resorts turn into additional revenue from other areas of their property and future bookings. Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So when hotels give out their rooms by partnering with Marketingboost and RedeemVacations.com, they might miss out on the room fee, but they already didn’t have that in the first place, at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra day stay, future bookings, etc. The benefit of why our program works so well is the fact that it’s a win-win for everyone involved. Do the incentives have an expiry date?
Yes, our digital incentives created will be assigned an expiration date 7 days out from the date you sent it. Please note that the expiration date shown on the digital incentives only pertains to the actual activation of the incentive. After your customers activate a holiday incentive, they will have at least 18 months to travel. To activate the guest simply needs to pay the daily taxes and fees that correspond to the incentive online. Currently, the activation must be paid in $US dollars, we will offer this in other currencies as soon as possible.
Why do my customers have only 7 days to register the certificate?
The business model works best when the customer activates right away otherwise most will forget they even received it. During this 7 day period, we will send them up to 3 emails to remind them to activate. Our redemption rate is the highest in the industry because the 7-day expiration date provides a sense of urgency to activate and use it. Another important reason is that the 7-day expiration date is there to protect our business and your business in the event our contracts change with the participating properties and travel companies, we can easily update or change our offers. This way we do not expose ourselves or your company to discontinued incentives in circulation that may be redeemed at any time in the future.
Do my customers have to set their travel dates and accommodation choice within 7 days?
No. The expiration date pertains to activation of the holiday incentive only. Once your customer activates by paying the taxes and fees of a holiday incentive they will then have at least 18 months to travel. Example for our Australian resorts the activation fee is $29.00 per night.
Do you use my customer email for any other purpose?
No. We do not do any other marketing to your incentive recipient. We respect our business partners and have no intention of spamming your clients with email. We will send up to 3 email reminders during the first 7 days prior to the incentive expiration to remind them to activate. If they do activate then they have become a customer of ours as well and we may need to have further communication with this customer concerning the reservation, or reminding them to book dates etc.
How does my customer redeem the incentives?
Your customer may activate a incentive online by paying the resort taxes and fees per night. Once they activate within 7 days of receiving the digital incentive your customer will have 18 months to choose travel dates. The end-user will get email receipt and links to redeemvacations.com to search for dates and be able to choose from participating hotels for desired dates based on availability. The process is all online. To date, we have redeemed tens of thousands of digital incentives and have a fantastic reputation that we are proud of!
How many incentives can my customer activate?
Your customers can activate a holiday incentive once a year maximum. This means you or your customer can take advantage of one holiday incentive once a year however they cannot redeem the same destination or specific hotel or hotel chain more than once.
These incentives are meant to be used to generate new business new prospects, not for your personal use or to be simply giving away holiday to the same people or friends and family, etc. This is meant to be a tool to generate new Prospects or Customers for each of you. Not for personal use to each destination. We encourage all members to try us out and use one of the holiday incentives to see how the program works.
Can i use the incentives as rewards for my employees and staff?
It is a great idea to use them as incentives for employees to meet their goals, but keep in mind that they are not meant for group travel. Our incentives are to be used for promotional use only and are not designed for group travel. You would not be able to put together a group holiday package using our incentives for your employees/staff or network marketing downline organization. You would not be able to continue to give away these holiday to the same team members as the limitations are only 1 per household per year.
Do my customers get to choose the hotel?
Absolutely, this is one of the benefits that set us apart. Although we may promote specific properties with each incentive destination. However, if the property we promote is not availed based on availability we may be able to give the user other great choices they can pick from. Keep in mind that these are promotional offers to fill what would otherwise be an empty hotel room. Your customer will be able to choose the hotel from our featured list. The properties that participate in these promotional offers release the unoccupied inventory to us just 30 days ahead of time therefore it requires the end user to give us a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book dates which will provide your customer with significant savings on their travel. We also recommend your customer choose weekdays vs weekends and avoid major holidays for best hotel options and availability.
Do my customers get to choose the destination?
Yes, your customers do get to choose the destinations that they wish to travel to. Even if they activated a Thailand holiday but later want to upgrade or switch to Fiji or other destination they can do so. They may need to pay the difference in taxes and fees if applicable.
What are the taxes and fees, and what are they based on?
The taxes and fees are based on a few factors, examples include but are not limited to local tourism and bed taxes, value-added tax, sales tax based on the full rack rate of the accommodations, maid service fees, zone surcharges, travel agency fees, federal, state, local, or municipal taxes, etc. most average only about $30 US per night.
Are there any other fees or expenses my customer will be required to pay?
The recipient of one of these incentives will receive 4 days 3 nights luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to $250 per night, in the US and up to $350 per night at many of the International destinations, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
Resort fees are commonplace in the travel industry. In fact, over 96% of tourists traveling now have to pay a resort fee when they check-in at the resort. This is so common now that it’s just expected for any seasoned traveler.
When you award someone a complimentary holiday through our promotion, you are giving them a holiday that is valued at up to $1,750 depending on where and the time of year they travel. Now with over 50 destinations, the value is incredible!
Can my customers travel with children?
The short answer is YES. The incentives include from 2 to 4 people in the room and vary by destination. Most hotels accommodate up to 4 persons and upgrades for additional persons over 2 may be required based on the hotel of choice. If traveling with extra adults or children upgrades may be available to accommodate. The upgrades require the purchase of additional rooms or larger suites. Prices for upgrade options and or additional children etc. depend on room availability and seasonality so prices cannot be quoted until travel dates are selected. All upgrade options will be online where the end user can select the option to upgrade or continue to search for other participating properties. These promotional incentives are designed for couples or small families. More than 4 persons will be harder to accommodate with these promotions and in some cases not possible. ONLY one incentive will be honored per household or friends & relatives traveling together. Group travel or combining these incentives to travel with friends and family is not allowed there are extra costs for additional rooms or room nights.
Are flights included in these incentives?
No, the flights are not included. The recipient of this incentive is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This incentive cannot be combined with any other promotional holiday offer.
